If you’re looking for the person who keeps us running with a smile, look no further than Nicole. Originally from Lake Crystal and now a Mankato local, Nicole serves as our Manager, Director, and—as we like to say—the “Queen” of the office.
Family is everything to Nicole; she is a devoted wife and a proud mother of four and grandmother of three. Whether by blood or “bonus blessing,” she loves her family fiercely and brings that same level of care to our patients. As the first and last person you’ll see during your visit, Nicole is dedicated to making our atmosphere feel like home. Whether she’s whipping up a “mean” cup of cocoa or cracking a joke to put you at ease, she ensures every patient feels like a VIP.
Beyond her warm welcome, Nicole handles the heavy lifting of patient coordination and technical support. From answering family questions to cleaning hearing aids and troubleshooting tricky phone pairings, she’s here to make sure your experience is seamless from start to finish.
